How long does it take to receive the account i purchased?

It can take anywhere between 10 minutes and 72 hours depending on what level account you buy to receive your account information.

How do i receive the details for the account i purchased?

We send an email to your paypal email with the login details

Will the account i buy get banned?

It is highly unlikely that you will receive a banned account. In the rare circumstance you do, we will send out a replacement.*

What Pokemon will be on the account?

It varies, some accounts will have better Pokemon that others. But it is random.

Why does my paypal payment say authorised?

A. We only accept the money from your order when your order has been completed.

 

How long does support take to reply to emails?

Expect a response within 12 hours.

 

Can i change the username of the account and choose a team?

Yes, the majority of the accounts in our store allow you to choose a new username as well as the ability for you to choose a team.

 

How much stardust is on the Pokemon accounts?

Again it varies per account. The average amount is 500,000 stardust.

 

If my account gets banned do i get a replacement?

If the account you purchase is banned within 72 hours of purchase we will supply a replacement account, this may be a different level to the one you purchased but will include rare Pokemon. After this 72 hours, please do not contact us regarding issues with your account.

 

Once you login to the account it is your responsibility, and we are no longer responsible for any issues with the account.
